Laura is the owner and broker of Slyman Real Estate in Knoxville, TN. She tasked us with helping her market listings apart from the Multiple Listing Serivice (MLS). She needed a site that could display the latest real estate media types on all devices and be easily updated daily. More importantly, she wanted to showcase the highest quality imagery and video but optimized for speed and display in a mobile first design. The final product is a feature rich, fully responsive website that includes the latest in web tech, such as adaptive video buffering, cloud front image sourcing with on-the-fly manipulation for devices of all sizes, and a proprietary listing content management system.

SADDLEBROOK PROPERTIES

Saddlebrook Properties is a semi-custom, luxury home builder. They build over 40 different luxury floor plans in many communities in East Tennessee. A very complex and sophisticated site, they wanted the ability to showcase each of their floor plans, quick-move-in homes, and communities inside of a media rich mobile first design. More importantly, we built a complex Content Management System (CMS) that allowed us to update the site efficiently. The end result? A beautiful, state-of-the-art website that allows potential customers to browse their many floor plans and communities while engaging them with high quality imagery, video, 3D tours, and graphic design all developed in our AgentOptix media studio.

GAMETIME SIDEKICKS

GameTime Sidekicks is an NCAA licensed company that sells top shelf, stainless steel drinkware. They wanted to completely update their online presence and increase retail sales direct to consumer. We scrapped their old website and started over. We developed a completely custom e-commerce site built on the latest frameworks. A key requirement for them was the ability for their customers to customize one of their products. This required us to build what they call, the “Gametime Workshop.” With a very intuitive, mobile first interface, a customer can customize a tumbler in a few short steps - with the added feature of a live preview of their design. Built on a robust content management system (CMS), GameTime Sidekicks now has a site that is fully responsive, allows for fast and simple product updates, and manages orders from point-of-sale to order fulfillment.

Static Development
We code the website in static HTML, JS, & CSS so that you can navigate from page to page. It's a functioning website, but isn't dynamic.
Dynamic Development
Our engineers begin server side coding. At the end of this stage, your site will now be easily updated with a custom content management system (CMS).
Content
Your website's text is written, images are chosen, and products/services are added. At the same time, our engineers are coding your search engine optimization and marketing (SEO/SEM).

Testing & Go Live

We rigorously test the site on all devices, click every link, and fill out every form. We try to break what we've built and make sure every aspect of the site functions perfectly. Once complete, we ensure site-wide SSL compliance for security and take your new website live.
